This movie is really happening.

And, personally, I can’t wait. It looks like some good, campy, self-aware fun.

Also, sorry about the lack of posts today. Went out with some good friends last night that I hadn’t seen in awhile and, as we are wont to do when we get together, it got a bit out of control. Needless to say I was paying for that fun today.

  1. Oh come on. Come. Freaking. On. This is why there hasn’t been a decent werewolf movie since Ginger Snaps. (Although I personally liked the remake of The Wolfman, I seem to be in the minority.)

  2. Ha ha, I think you’re the only person alive who liked that remake. I would have walked out of it if I hadn’t dozed off during it. As for Strippers vs. Werewolves, at least it’s being honest about the fact it’s total cheese. For that I salute it.

    Ginger Snaps was awesome though!

    • Honesty is the best policy, I guess. And come on, The Wolfman wasn’t that bad . . . the DVD, with the added footage, is pretty good. At least the werewolf wasn’t completely computer-generated.

This could be part of a series. Strippers vs. Werewolves. Strippers vs. Frankenstein’s Monster. Strippers vs. Zombie Strippers.

I might watch that last one.

      • I haven’t seen the DVD of The Wolfman, so I’ll take your word for it being better than the theatrical release. :-)

And, yes, I would be more surprised that this doesn’t turn in to a series than if it did. Heh.
